It’s not exactly feedback but I was wondering if DF is still as active. I’ve heard this was an amazing community where everyone would come together over AFI. Where people would make friends and meet their future partners. Does that still hold true or has it died down?

The DF is still very much active but I can relate to this perception as social media has killed forums. Social media scatters info literally everywhere, so not having “official” DF forums sucks.
However, we’re becoming official in our own way here.
There are differences with the new from the old, but the DF is still very strong.
I strongly believe that having official forums again would reignite that flame for people to see everyone else around them.
